This lovely modern 4 bedroom 2 bathroom 1750 square foot home has an open concept floor plan that offers a spacious living, dining and kitchen area perfect for entertaining and spending time with family and friends. High ceilings and many windows provide natural light.

The recently renovated kitchen comes fully equipped and features new modern stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The kitchen island seats four and the formal dining table seats an additional six. The living area includes comfortable seating, a wood burning fireplace, and mounted 52” flat screen cable TV/DVR/DVD. 

Step outdoors to a spacious west facing private backyard with a 1500 gallon saltwater pool (appx. 18’x45’ and 5’ deep) and an attached elevated spa with a flowing fountain. A newly installed hard line gas grill is ready for preparing meals and there are multiple areas for dining and relaxing. Lounge chairs, a day bed, an outdoor living area, pool floats are all available for soaking up the sun and umbrellas provide shade as desired.

The backyard has a wall around the perimeter and boasts unobstructed views of the lovely snowcapped San Jacinto Mountains and Santa Rosa Mountain Range. The property has desert landscaping including fichus and palm trees that provide privacy for sunbathing and a dip in the pool and hot-tub. This can be enjoyed while listening to the soft waterfall of the spa and smelling the jasmine from the nearby trees. In the evening, you will enjoy a star filled sky and view of the light on the world famous Palm Springs Tram as it descends up and down the mountain. Sun Palace provides that peaceful easy feeling that you deserve!

This home has four bedrooms and two newly renovated modern bathrooms. The master bedroom provides direct access to the backyard and has a king-size bed with 42" flat screen cable TV. The attached en-suite includes a large shower with body sprays, a rain showerhead and a shower wand. The walk in closet offers ample storage space. There are 3 additional bedrooms each with a queen size bed and flat screen cable TV. The second newly renovated bathroom is equipped with a modern sink and rain showerhead.

High-speed wireless Internet is provided throughout the house. There is also a telephone with free long distance service throughout the USA and Canada. This home has a laundry room for your use as well as a 2 car garage and RV and/or Boat parking is available of the side of the home.

This home is tucked away in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood and is located north of downtown Palm Springs, in an area that enjoys majestic views of the Santa Rosa Mountain Range. The neighborhood is friendly, respectful and safe for taking morning or evening walks with your pet. The Palm Springs airport and downtown Palm Springs are a 5-10 minute drive.


The City of Palm Springs ID# 206, Tax Rate of 11.5%

For guests staying in private homes for 28 days or longer, you would pay a utility deposit of $1000 per month to cover the Gas & Electric Costs (pro-rated). The owner sends actual bills after departure. You are able to bypass city taxes of 11 - 11.5% with monthly rentals; depending on the city.

The person whose name is on the reservation (considered the responsible party) must be present at the time of check-in and produce valid ID. If the responsible party will not be present at the time of check in, a copy of your photo ID must be sent in 4 days prior to arrival to confirm identity and age. 
EVERYONE MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER IN ORDER TO STAY AT ANY OF OUR PROPERTIES, unless the parents of the guests under 25 are staying at the house also.
