There have been multiple upgrades to this 1958 residence; while maintaining the original architectural integrity. Some of the improvements include double-paned windows, stainless kitchen appliances, pool, copper plumbing and foam roof. This true modernist vacation home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms within the open floor plan. 
As you enter through the front door, you are greeted by the spacious living room, dining room and kitchen area. The wood beams and white wood ceilings accentuate the wonderfully polished cement floors throughout the house. These are features that cause the house to be more elegant and sleek than you even imagined.  
While the large covered patio, running the full length of the house, provides cooling shade and makes a perfect flow from indoor to outdoor living, the expansive backyard is an oasis for entertainment. There are full views of the mountains and a beautiful pool, ready for laps. The hedges provide a restful space which will allow relaxation and peace of mind. The new desert landscaping, with a citrus garden, gives this home a luxurious feel.

For guests staying in private homes for 28 days or longer, you would pay a utility deposit of $1000 per month to cover the Gas & Electric Costs (pro-rated). The owner sends actual bills after departure. You are able to bypass city taxes of 11 - 11.5% with monthly rentals; depending on the city.

Minimum Age Requirement of 30 years old at this home (unless traveling with parents)

The person whose name is on the reservation (considered the responsible party) must be present at the time of check-in and produce valid ID. If the responsible party will not be present at the time of check in, a copy of your photo ID must be sent in 4 days prior to arrival to confirm identity and age. 
EVERYONE MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER IN ORDER TO STAY AT ANY OF OUR PROPERTIES, unless the parents of the guests under 25 are staying at the house also.
